Is Digifeel safe?
Yes, it is completely secure. We never see or store your Google password, and the connection to your Google Business Profile is handled through Google’s official secure authentication (OAuth). Our review plates also do not collect or retain any personal data, they simply redirect customers to your review page.

Can Digifeel delete or edit my reviews for me?
No, Google does not allow deleting, hiding, or modifying reviews. Digifeel helps you monitor, respond, and understand your reviews, but the review content itself always stays under Google’s control.
Does it work for restaurants, salons, hotels, dentists, gyms, etc.?
Yes, Digifeel works for all types of businesses. If you need to improve your local visibility and want to have a simplified experience with SEO and online presence management, the app works for you. All core features (AI responses, review monitoring, competitor analysis, insights, and review requests) function the same way no matter your industry.
How does the setup work inside the Digifeel app?
Setting up is quick, flexible, and it's all done through the app. There you can link your plate to your business, choose where the QR sends customers, and update that link anytime you want. Once everything is connected, you can also track all your scans directly inside your dashboard to see how customers are interacting with your plate.Everything happens inside the app and can be edited whenever you need.
Why aren’t my latest Google reviews showing up immediately in the app?
Because Digifeel syncs your Google reviews once per day. So if a customer leaves a new review, it may take a few hours before it appears in your dashboard. This is normal and if you’ve activated automatic replies, the AI will respond to it as soon as it syncs in, without you needing to do anything.
Am I locked into a long-term contract?
No. Choose monthly or yearly billing and cancel from your account dashboard at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, with no renewal after cancellation.
What happens if I cancel my plan?
You keep access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period. After that, your subscription stops renewing and access to paid features ends. You can still use the free configuration tools for your Digifeel plates.
Payments for a billing period already started are non-refundable.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. The available payment methods are displayed at checkout when you subscribe, so you can choose from the options offered for your purchase.
Do you offer volume discounts for businesses with many locations?
Yes. We offer volume discounts for businesses with multiple locations, including franchises and agencies. Tell us how many locations you manage and what you need, and our team will prepare a tailored quote.
